The consumer has the right to withdraw from the air conditioner purchase agreement within 14 calendar days right of withdrawal without reason under Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.).

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within the 14-day period in writing (by email or mail). The deadline is met if the consumer sends their statement before the deadline expires.

Returning the Product

Upon withdrawal, the consumer must return the air conditioner within 14 days from notifying us of the withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the consumer's responsibility. We will not accept products returned via cash on delivery or in inadequate packaging.

Refund

Upon learning of the withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price paid by the consumer — including original delivery costs up to the cheapest standard shipping rate — 14 days The refund may be withheld until:

• the air conditioner is returned, or
• the consumer credibly proves the product was sent back.

Depreciation

The consumer is liable for depreciation of the air conditioner if it exceeds normal wear from intended use. This includes in particular:

• installation or assembly of the unit,
• electrical or refrigeration system connections,
• removal of protective film,
• damaged or missing packaging.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercisedif:

• the air conditioner has been installed, set up or commissioned,
• the unit has been put into normal use,
• the equipment was purchased based on a custom order or special request,
• the product cannot be sold as new due to its condition or packaging.

Combined Air Conditioner and Installation Service Order

If the consumer orders an air conditioner together with installation service and installation begins or is completed within the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal for the air conditioner expires.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to Cseh János EV air conditioner cleaning and maintenance services provided by the Service Provider. By ordering the service, the Customer confirms that they have read and accept these Terms.

3. Description of Service

The service covers cleaning, disinfection and basic maintenance of split air conditioner units (indoor and outdoor), including:

• filter cleaning,
• heat exchanger cleaning,
• fan cleaning,
• antibacterial disinfection.

The service does not constitute a repair.

4. Ordering and Appointment Scheduling

The service can be ordered by phone, email or via the online form. The appointment becomes final upon confirmation by the Service Provider.

5. Payment Terms

The service fee is according to the current price list, stated in HUF. Available payment methods: cash, debit/credit card with the technician, bank transfer, transfer to Revolut account, and online payment via Barion, the Teya, the SimplePay and PayPal system (debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal balance). The available methods appear at checkout.

Online payment always takes place on the payment provider's secure, encrypted (PCI-DSS compliant) platform. The card and payment data are handled exclusively by the respective payment provider, which the Service Provider cannot access or store. Upon successful payment, the booking becomes final; if payment fails or is interrupted, no booking is created.

Barion

Online card payment is via the Barion Payment Zrt. (registered office: 1117 Budapest, Infopark sétány 1. I. ép. 5. em. 5.; company registration number: 01‑10‑048552; registry: MNB; licence number: H‑EN‑I‑1064/2013) operated by Barion system. Barion is an electronic money institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary. The system supports Mastercard, Maestro and Visa cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Teya

One available online card payment provider is Teya a payment provider whose secure payment page (Hosted Checkout) will be used for payment. Teya supports card payments and Apple Pay and Google Pay; card data is handled exclusively by Teya. For information on Teya's data handling, see the provider's privacy notice.

SimplePay

One available online card payment provider is SimplePay, operated by SimplePay Zrt. (registered office: 1138 Budapest, Váci út 135-139. B. ép. 5. em.; company registration number: 01-10-143303; tax number: 32835155-2-44; registry: Budapest Metropolitan Court of Justice) operates. You will be redirected to the secure payment page of SimplePay, where Mastercard, Maestro and Visa card or Apple Pay and Google Pay Card data is handled exclusively by SimplePay Zrt.; the Service Provider has no access to it.

Data Transfer Statement I acknowledge that Cseh János EV (2483 Gárdony, Vörösmarty utca 66.) data controller to klimatisztitas.eu user database to SimplePay Zrt. (1138 Budapest, Váci út 135-139. B. ép. 5. em.), as data processor. The scope of data transmitted by the data controller is as follows: name, email address, billing name and address, phone number, order ID and amount. PayPal

PayPal payment is provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22–24 Boulevard Royal, L‑2449 Luxembourg) provides. You can pay through PayPal's secure platform using your PayPal balance or debit card; payment data is handled exclusively by PayPal.

The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice (or quotation if payment is by bank transfer) via the Számlázz.hu system and sends it by email to the Customer.

6. Cancellation and Modification

The booked appointment can be independently modified (rescheduled) and cancelled using the link in the confirmation email. Cancellation must be made before the appointment at least 48 hours notice free of charge. Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment — or failed visit (Customer not present at location) — entitles the Service Provider to 5 000 HUF service charge , payable immediately upon online cancellation (deducted from refunded amount for prepaid services). Appointment changes (rescheduling) are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.

7. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing reasons, provided the service has not yet commenced. If the Customer requests that cleaning begin within this period, the right of withdrawal expires upon service completion.

8. Customer obligations

• ensure unobstructed access to the air conditioning unit,
• arrange electrical connection,
• inform the Service Provider of any known faults.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service Provider is not liable for damage to equipment that is misused, faulty before cleaning, or obsolete. The Service Provider does not undertake cleaning of units older than 15 years or units with custom, decorative designs.

10. Warranty and complaints

The Service Provider guarantees the cleaning performed. For complaints, the Customer may notify us at hello@klimatisztitas.eu ; the Service Provider will investigate within 30 days.

If complaint resolution is unsuccessful, the consumer may contact their local consumer mediation body . According to the Service Provider's location, the Fejér County Consumer Mediation Board (8000 Székesfehérvár, Hosszúsétatér 4‑6.). You may also lodge a complaint with the competent consumer protection authority (at capital and county government offices), or pursue their claim in court.

The data controller is Cseh János EV, which processes the provided personal data in accordance with EU 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian legislation.

The legal basis for data processing is contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and regarding invoicing and retention, the legal obligation applicable to the Service Provider (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)); fraud prevention (e.g., Barion Pixel operation) is based on the Service Provider and payment processor's legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), and statistical/marketing data processing is based on the Customer's consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

3. Duration of data processing

The Service Provider retains personal data for the duration necessary to perform the service and fulfill accounting obligations (8 years for accounting records).

4. Data processors

To provide services, process payments, handle invoicing, and operate the website, the Service Provider uses the following data processors:

• Barion Payment Zrt. (1117 Budapest, Infopark sétány 1. I. ép. 5. em. 5.) — online card payment processing. For the transaction, Barion handles the payer's name, e‑mail address and payment details; the card data is handled exclusively by Barion, unknown to the Service Provider. • Teya — online card payment processing (Hosted Checkout). For payment, customer name, email address, and transaction data are transmitted; card data is handled exclusively by Teya. For details on data processing, see Teya's data protection notice.
• SimplePay Zrt. (1138 Budapest, Váci út 135-139. B. ép. 5. em.) — online card payment processing. The scope of transmitted data: name, e‑mail address, billing name and address, phone number, order ID and amount; the card data is handled exclusively by SimplePay Ltd.. • PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22–24 Boulevard Royal, L‑2449 Luxembourg) — PayPal payment processing. Payment data is handled exclusively by PayPal.
• KBOSS.hu Kft. (Számlázz.hu) (1031 Budapest, Záhony utca 7.) — issuing electronic invoices and statements.
• DigitalOcean, LLC (101 Avenue of the Americas, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10013, USA) — hosting services, website and server operation. Data transfer may take place under the EU–USA Data Privacy Framework.

Barion Pixel

This website uses Barion Pixel 's service. Barion Pixel basic operation prevents credit card fraud and ensures payment security: it transmits certain visit and purchase data (e.g. device and browser information, cart contents) to Barion Payment Zrt. This is based on the Provider's and Barion legitimate interest (fraud prevention) legitimate interest, so it works without your consent. The collected data statistical/marketing purposes only with your explicit consent ; without consent, Barion does not use data for marketing. Details: Barion data protection notice.

5. Your Rights
