⏳How long does the resident sign-up last?⌄
5 days from launch. The exact deadline is shown in the countdown on your building's page. Anyone can join during this time using the link, QR code, or building code in the app. We hold the 2 days marked by the organizer — no one else can book those.
🎉What happens when enough air conditioners sign up?⌄
Once at least 3 units (from at least 2 apartments) are registered, the organizer gets a notification and has 24 hours to choose the final date from the 2 reserved days (we show the time slot too). If they don't choose, we pick the earlier one. The other day then opens up. Everyone then receives an email with 48 hours to confirm. Signups continue: anyone joining later further reduces everyone's price.
⌛What happens when sign-up time expires?⌄
If at least 2 apartments have signed up, we'll hold Air Conditioner Day anyway — at the standard package price but with no delivery fee for units under 3. If only the organizer's apartment signed up, Air Conditioner Day won't happen this time: we'll email you, and you can book your own units for a regular appointment. No one pays anything in this case.
➕Can I still join if the date is already set?⌄
Yes, until the second day before Air Conditioner Day, if there's still time. The new participant also gets 48 hours to confirm, and their units reduce everyone's price too.
💰How does pricing work?⌄
Everyone gets a discount on their apartment's normal package price, based on the total air conditioners in the building: 3 units: −8%, 4 units: −12%, 5 units: −16%, 6 units: −20%, 7 units: −22%, 8 units: −24%, 9 units: −26%, 10 units: −28%, 11 units: −29%, 12 units: −30%, 13 units: −31%, 14 units: −32%, 15 units: −33%, 16 units: −34%, 17 units: −35%, 20 units: −50%. No delivery fee on Air Conditioner Day. Price updates continuously as units are added: more participants = lower price; cancellations = possible increase. The final price is set by the number of confirmed units.
✅What is confirmation, and what's the deposit?⌄
Once the date is set, you have 48 hours to confirm with a 3 000 HUF deposit (online, by card). You'll pay the balance on the day of cleaning — by cash, card, or Revolut. We deduct the deposit from the final total.
🤝When the date is set, we reserve a time slot for the entire building — during that time, we don't take other customers. The deposit confirms you'll actually be there and protects your neighbours: if someone drops out at the last minute, everyone's price could rise, so only those truly attending confirm. We don't collect the full amount upfront because the price can keep falling if more people join — you'll pay the final amount on the day, with the deposit deducted from it.⌄

⏰What if I don't confirm within 48 hours?⌄
You'll be removed from the Air Conditioner Day, and the remaining participants' prices will be recalculated. You can book your units for a regular appointment afterwards.
↩️Can I cancel?⌄
Yes, anytime from your Air Conditioner Day page (link in your email). You get your deposit back if you cancel more than 48 hours before the day; within that window, you don't. If the Air Conditioner Day is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, we refund everyone's deposit.
🗓️Which dates are available, and are they booked?⌄
When launched, the organizer picks 2 dates with free slots in our calendar. We reserve these 2 dates for your building during the sign-up period — no other customer can book them, so the Air Conditioner Day won't fall through if the dates fill up. Once the organizer confirms the final date, the other date opens up, and only your building's time slot stays booked for that day. If the Air Conditioner Day doesn't happen, both dates become available again.
🕒How long does it take when you come?⌄
About 20 minutes per unit. Your building gets one continuous time slot for that day — we'll email the exact time. Be home during that window, or arrange for someone to let us in.
❄️Which units do you clean?⌄
The same as regular bookings: up to 3 indoor units per property, up to 3 m high. We don't service Samsung, Fujitsu, Panasonic or Whirlpool units — not even for Air Conditioner Day. For 4 or more units, email us.
🔒Who can see my information?⌄
Neighbors only see the number of apartments and units — not names, phone numbers or flat numbers. Only we see your full details, and only for cleaning.
🧾Who pays and whose name is on the invoice?⌄
Everyone pays for their own units and receives their own invoice (in their name). The organizer doesn't need to collect money.
🎁Does the organizer get anything?⌄
Yes, the organizer gets a special discount based on the total confirmed units for the building: 5+ units 1 000 HUF, 8+ units 2 500 HUF, 10+ units 5 000 HUF, 15+ units one free cleaning for their own unit.
