The smelly unit didn't look dirty, but the smell disappeared after cleaning. The older unit—which didn't smell—was moldy and very dirty despite regular cleaning; they pulled out nasty black sludge from it. You could really see how useless the spray method is. We're absolutely convinced we'll call them again because we got real service for nearly the same price."
