"I requested cleaning for two air conditioners. In the order, I noted that we live in a first-floor flat and marked that a ladder would be needed. When the technician arrived, he rushed through the indoor unit cleaning (water was running down the wall because he was careless when securing the wall protector), then packed up quickly as if that was it. We asked if the outdoor unit wouldn't be cleaned? His dismissive answer was that he hadn't brought a ladder, yet he charged us the full price that would have included both indoor and outdoor unit cleaning."
"I'm not really satisfied. Their website stated what was included in the price, and the call-out fee was listed first. We asked about this when booking, and of course got no answer. When we paid in person, we asked again and were told it was a mistake — the call-out fee is always charged on top. We showed them the website, and all they said was they'd "report it to someone". We're not talking about a huge amount, but it felt like customer deception and we ended up paying extra. Naturally we got the short end of the stick, not them. They've since updated the website to say "what our service includes", but that doesn't help us. Beyond that, the fact that cleaning the outdoor unit is supposedly part of the service is a joke — climbing a ladder they can't reach the unit with, just spraying upward at the outdoor unit's vents, that's not cleaning. We'd already noted this beforehand and attached a photo when booking showing how high the outdoor unit was, and they said they'd handle it. And to top it all off, their condescending communication style."
"We booked an appointment for 4–5 PM on 07.06. for two indoor unit cleanings. The service fee was paid by bank transfer in advance. They didn't show up at the booked time and the phone number on the website doesn't work. I wrote to the company yesterday about their failure, but haven't received a reply. I don't recommend them to anyone."
"After the agreed time, he called saying he couldn't find a parking spot and wanted to cancel the appointment. I reminded him I'd paid in advance, and his reply was that I'd get the money back. I suggested a car park on the next street, his reaction was that he'd decide whether it was worth carrying the equipment from there. He didn't even unpack his cleaning equipment, spent about 25 minutes on the two units and just blew air through the units. I will never call them again."

"For reasons beyond my control I had to cancel the booking, which I communicated to them politely. The reply was that I shouldn't book appointments with them in the future. :) I naturally confirmed that it wasn't because of their style, to which came the response "Great!" If they handle orders in such an amateur, self-destructive way, their work is probably of similar standard. I'm curious when I'll get a threatening letter from them for daring to write my opinion."
