„While I did say not to take off your shoes, I didn't think it was justified to step on the bathroom carpet with muddy shoes. The young man filled water in the machine in the kitchen and placed it on the counter, which resulted in a palm-sized stain that damaged the countertop surface, and it's black at that. When cleaning the outdoor unit, they sprayed water onto the children's chair and exercise bike underneath—I really didn't think to pack those away, but it would have only taken one word and I'd happily have moved them. They've been servicing us since we moved here, and we've never had any problems until now."
