While they were at it, we had them check the older one too. We decided this around 11 PM, and it was fantastic that we could book online without waiting for business hours or making phone calls. We got a relatively nearby appointment. The day before, we received both SMS and email reminders. The next day they arrived 20 minutes earlier than the booked time. The smelly unit didn't look dirty, but the smell disappeared after cleaning. The older unit—which didn't smell—was moldy and very dirty despite regular cleaning; they pulled out nasty black sludge from it. You could really see how useless the spray method is. We're absolutely convinced we'll call them again because we got real service for nearly the same price."
