"It's great you can book appointments online, and the technician arrived on time. But the card payment didn't work; the terminal wasn't functioning. So he waited while I transferred the amount... He definitely did the work well (I can't judge), though for 2 split air conditioners it seemed a bit quick to me. He was reasonably careful about cleanliness, but not especially thorough, and I wouldn't say he was overly friendly. What was unacceptable though — he came to a home with young children — was using our toilet, which is in our bathroom — he asked, of course, but I couldn't say no on the spot."
