Pesterzsébet is densely built, mostly single-family homes and smaller apartment buildings. Most air conditioners are retrofitted, individual units, with outdoor units typically on courtyards or side walls. The district is known for long, narrow lots, often with rear sections or outbuildings.
With outdoor units near property lines, we pay special attention to drainage so water doesn't run off toward the neighbor's side.
Retrofitted air conditioners often have long piping and hard-to-reach outdoor units. If a ladder is needed, the 4-meter limit is the standard.
We don't service air conditioners over 15 years old. If you're unsure about the age, we can tell you from the nameplate before booking.
To reach units in rear buildings, we access them via the property. The outdoor unit is often deep in the yard. Let us know about access when booking, as it affects scheduling.
